Millionaire Morning Routine How to be more productive and focused

If your goal is to become financially free, a business owner and eventually a millionaire, you will need to be disciplined. Success doesn’t come easy. Your morning routine has a big impact on your productivity during the day! We have a list of 7 tips for you that will increase your productivity and help you achieve your goals easier. The first goal here is to discipline yourself, but to do so, you need to change your routine step by step. Don’t rush into it just give up after a week because it was too much at once. Try to implement it in your routine slowly and then add other tips.

 

1. WAKE UP EARLY

Successful people such as Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, Tony Robins wake up at 4 a.m. It has been proven that it’s the most productive time of the day due to a lack of distraction. You will also feel more in control of your life. 

You want to be able to wake up early? 

Ease into it; set up your alarm a little bit earlier each morning. By waking up early you will be able to do much more, like exercising, self-care, working on your project, planning everything for the day and being ready to conquer your day!

2. WATER

First thing in the morning BEFORE your coffee, is to hydrate your body. During the night you become dehydrated and this is why it is so important. You will start the day hydrated and energized. Water helps also to eliminate toxins and contribute to a healthy system and brain. 

3. TECHNOLOGIE 

Don’t check your phone first thing in the morning. Charge it out of your bedroom. Meditate, exercise or take your shower before opening it. Looking at your phone first thing when you wake up will limit the rest of your day, your mind is put into a catch-up mode and it stresses you out. Take time to catch up with your future goals and dreams before, focus on yourself.

4. FOCUS AND VISUALIZE SUCCESS

Each morning, wake up and think about your dreams, your goals. Think how you can get closer to them, what actions in your day do you need to take to achieve those goals. Think about it, write it if you want to but remind yourself every morning about it. This will help you focus on what is really important to you and get you motivated. Visualize your dreams, visualize yourself getting that college degree or winning at that competition. Take the lead of your life because what you think, you become. 

5. EXERCISE 

You don’t need to spend 3 hours at the gym each day, by waking up and doing a couple of sets of your favorite exercises, about 10 minutes, you activate your system and get it ready to be proactive during your day. Moving your body in the morning is a really good way to start the day energized on a positive note and as a winner!

6. BE GRATEFUL 

Each morning you wake up in your bedroom, maybe with your wife/husband or your dog by your side, the sun is shining, you are healthy. Be grateful for all that you already have. Gratitude will bring only more positivity in your life. You will appreciate the little things even more and become a better version of yourself by practicing it. Just spend 1 or 2 minutes thinking of what you are grateful for in your life and you will easily implement this to your daily routine.

7. READ 

Always keep learning about your interests, personal development. Reading a couple of pages every day is a great way to acquire knowledge. It helps improve your focus and concentration, plus it keeps your brain stimulated.
